This document is required by law, including the Act on Providing Electronic Services.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 1 Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seller \u2013 Oliwia \u017byto operating a business under the name Oliwia \u017byto Amar\u00e9 Atelier, located at ul. Je\u017cynowa 9, 62-069 Pal\u0119dzie, Tax ID (NIP): 7773448545, Business ID (REGON): 541971236. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store \u2013 the online store operated by the Seller at https:\/\/amare-atelier.pl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer \u2013 a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumer \u2013 a Customer who is a natural person entering into a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Days \u2013 weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order \u2013 the Customer&#8217;s declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a distance sales agreement through the Store.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 2 General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for concluding sales agreements through the Store, the rights and obligations of the Seller and Customer, and the complaint procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Browsing the Store&#8217;s products does not require registration. Placing orders is possible both for Customers with an account and without creating one. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices shown in the Store are gross prices, expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To use the Store, you need a device with internet access and a web browser, plus an active email account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 3 Placing Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To place an order, the Customer selects the Product, adds it to the cart, then provides their details necessary for order fulfillment and chooses the delivery and payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. The agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order acceptance, which is sent to the Customer&#8217;s email address. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 4 Payments and Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Customer can choose from the following payment methods:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quick electronic transfer (Przelewy24).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit\/debit card payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When choosing advance payment, the Customer must make the payment within 3 business days of placing the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery is carried out through courier companies. Delivery costs are shown during the checkout process. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 5 Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed rules regarding returns, including the shipping address and procedure, are specified in a separate &#8220;Returns Policy&#8221; document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or personalized items.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 6 Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Seller is obligated to deliver goods free from defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints should be submitted electronically to the store&#8217;s email address amareatelier@wp.pl or in writing to the Seller&#8217;s registered address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 7 Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>The rules for processing Customers&#8217; personal data are detailed in the &#8220;Privacy Policy&#8221; document available on the Store&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u00a7 8 Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions.
