Terms and Conditions of the Amaré Atelier Online Store

These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the Amaré Atelier online store, operated at https://amare-atelier.pl. This document is required by law, including the Act on Providing Electronic Services.

§ 1 Definitions

• Seller – Oliwia Żyto operating a business under the name Oliwia Żyto Amaré Atelier, located at ul. Jeżynowa 9, 62-069 Palędzie, Tax ID (NIP): 7773448545, Business ID (REGON): 541971236.
• Store – the online store operated by the Seller at https://amare-atelier.pl.
• Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store.
• Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person entering into a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.
• Business Days – weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
• Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent aimed directly at concluding a distance sales agreement through the Store.

§ 2 General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions specify the rules for concluding sales agreements through the Store, the rights and obligations of the Seller and Customer, and the complaint procedures.
2. Browsing the Store’s products does not require registration. Placing orders is possible both for Customers with an account and without creating one.
3. Prices shown in the Store are gross prices, expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
4. To use the Store, you need a device with internet access and a web browser, plus an active email account.

§ 3 Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. To place an order, the Customer selects the Product, adds it to the cart, then provides their details necessary for order fulfillment and chooses the delivery and payment method.
3. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. The agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order acceptance, which is sent to the Customer’s email address.

§ 4 Payments and Delivery

1. The Customer can choose from the following payment methods:
   • Quick electronic transfer (Przelewy24).
   • Credit/debit card payment.
2. When choosing advance payment, the Customer must make the payment within 3 business days of placing the order.
3. Delivery is carried out through courier companies. Delivery costs are shown during the checkout process.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
2. Detailed rules regarding returns, including the shipping address and procedure, are specified in a separate “Returns Policy” document.
3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or personalized items.

§ 6 Complaints

1. The Seller is obligated to deliver goods free from defects.
2. If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
3. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the store’s email address amareatelier@wp.pl or in writing to the Seller’s registered address.
4. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

§ 7 Personal Data

The rules for processing Customers’ personal data are detailed in the “Privacy Policy” document available on the Store’s website.

§ 8 Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect on the date specified by the Seller, no earlier than 7 days from their publication on the Store’s website.

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.
